• Your Videos Belong Exclusively to You: Video broadcasts and recorded media uploaded or streamed by your account remain your sole property. We do not claim any ownership rights over your media files.
• No Public AI Training: We do not use your uploaded videos, proprietary brand assets, or audit outcomes to train public, open-source, or third-party AI models.
• Zero Sharing: We do not review, share, sell, lease, or distribute your media or audit intelligence to competitors, advertising agencies, or third parties under any circumstances, except where strictly mandated by law.

3. Information We Collect

To provide our services, we collect minimal and necessary information:

• Account Information: Full name, email address, password hash, and company name when you register.
• Billing & Transaction Details: Payment details are processed directly by our PCI-compliant payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers or CVV codes on our servers.
• Audit Configuration: Target brand names, logo image references, and video URLs or uploaded file identifiers required to run your requested analysis.
• Technical Logs: IP addresses, browser types, and operational logs collected to ensure security, prevent abuse, and maintain server reliability.

4. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used strictly for the following purposes:

• To execute computer vision brand detection and generate your audit reports and annotated exports.
• To manage your account, authenticate sessions, and track your minutes balance or credit quotas.
• To provide customer support and respond to technical tickets.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce platform security.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We work only with reputable, enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure and service partners:

• Cloud Infrastructure: Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS) for secure storage and GPU compute pipelines.
• Payments: Stripe Inc. for billing management and subscription checkout.
• Analytics: Google Analytics (anonymized telemetry) to monitor platform health and user experience.

6. Data Retention & Automatic Cleanup

To optimize infrastructure performance and uphold data minimization practices:

• Uploaded videos and intermediate AI processing artifacts are automatically retained for 30 days following analysis completion, after which they are securely purged.
• Generated PDF executive summaries and aggregated statistical metrics remain accessible in your dashboard until you choose to delete them or close your account.

7. Security Measures

We employ industry-standard technical and organizational security protocols, including HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest, restricted internal access controls, rate-limiting protections, and regular vulnerability monitoring.

8. Public & Shareable Project Links (Client Deliverables & TTL Expiration)

The platform provides an optional feature allowing users to generate shareable URLs ("Share Links") to present interactive proofs-of-performance, brand exposure timelines, and valuation audits to clients, sponsors, or external stakeholders:

• Unauthenticated Recipient Access: Any person possessing an active Share Link can view the project's interactive detections, video preview, timelines, sponsor exposure metrics, and download reports without creating an account or logging in.
• User as Sole Data Controller: You act as the sole and exclusive Data Controller regarding the generation, distribution, recipient selection, and dissemination of any Share Links created under your account. bhunter.ai acts solely as a technical data processor serving the read-only presentation upon your automated instruction.
• Authorization, NDAs & Third-Party Rights: Before generating or circulating a Share Link, you represent and warrant that you hold all required legal rights, copyright permissions, commercial authorizations, and non-disclosure waivers necessary to display the underlying video footage, sponsor identities, and financial valuation estimates. bhunter.ai expressly disclaims all liability for any breach of third-party Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), trade secret claims, or confidentiality obligations resulting from your dissemination of Share Links.
• Time-to-Live (TTL) & Automatic Expiration: Users may configure automated expiration windows (such as 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days). Once an expiration window elapses, all unauthenticated access is immediately halted server-side and an expiration notice is served. Users may also manually disable or regenerate tokens at any moment.
• Search Engine & Indexing Restrictions: bhunter.ai applies technical countermeasures, including noindex, nofollow, noarchive robot directives and security headers, to prevent automated search engine crawlers from indexing shared projects. However, bhunter.ai cannot prevent authorized human recipients from capturing screenshots, downloading generated PDF/CSV reports, or copying link URLs.
• Visitor Privacy & Telemetry: bhunter.ai does not track, profile, monetize, or harvest personal data of external recipients who view shared audit links. Only standard, ephemeral server logs (such as IP addresses and request timestamps) are processed strictly for secure CDN delivery, rate-limiting, and infrastructure defense.
• Absolute Disclaimer of Custody: bhunter.ai exercises zero custody, monitoring, or control over whom you deliver Share Links to or how recipients forward them. Under no circumstances shall bhunter.ai be liable for unauthorized sharing, leaks, accidental disclosure, or third-party misuse arising from your shared links.
