1. Usage of Minutes & Subscriptions

By subscribing to our monthly plans (Growth or Pro), the user agrees to the following balance rules:

• Monthly Reset: Minutes included in the monthly subscription do not accumulate. At the beginning of each billing cycle, the plan's minute balance will reset to the total contracted quota. Unused minutes from the previous month will be lost.
• Additional Credits: Credits purchased through one-time packs (Starter Kick, Pro Stream, etc.) do accumulate and do not have an expiration date as long as the account remains active.
• Consumption Order: The system will always prioritize the use of your current plan's minutes. Additional credits will only be automatically activated when the subscription minute balance is insufficient to perform a new analysis.

2. Cancellation Policy

You have full control over your subscription:

• You can cancel your subscription at any time via the Billing dashboard.
• Upon cancellation, your current plan will remain active with all benefits until the end of the already-paid billing period. After that date, the account will automatically revert to "Trial" or "Free" status.

3. Data Ownership & Intellectual Property

At bhunter.ai, we respect the ownership of your assets:

• Video Ownership: Videos uploaded by the user belong exclusively to the user. bhunter.ai does not make use of your videos, brands, or analysis results for its own purposes.
• Confidentiality: We do not share your videos or the resulting analysis data with any other person, entity, or third party under any circumstances, except by explicit legal requirement.

4. Data Privacy

Your personal information is private:

• We do not collect information for the purpose of selling, disclosing, or marketing it to advertisers or third parties.
• Collected data (Name, Email, Billing details) is used strictly for service delivery and direct communication with the user.

5. System Status (Continuous Improvement)

bhunter.ai is a cutting-edge AI-based system in constant evolution.

• The user acknowledges that the tool may present margins of error in detection due to the nature of AI technology.
• Our technical team works daily fixing reported details and optimizing models based on customer feedback to offer higher precision every day.

6. Limitation of Liability

bhunter.ai provides automated video analysis. We are not responsible for commercial, legal, or financial decisions made by the user based on the reports generated by the tool.

7. User Conduct

The user agrees not to use the platform to analyze content that violates local or international laws, including copyrighted material without authorization, or content that promotes violence or hatred.

8. Refund & Fair Use Policy

Due to the immediate operational costs of AI processing, all sales of Additional Credits are final and non-refundable. We reserve the right to limit or suspend accounts that exhibit abusive behavior toward our infrastructure.

9. Accuracy & Service Level

bhunter.ai does not guarantee 100% accuracy in brand detection. Results are subject to video quality and AI model interpretation. Furthermore, service availability depends on third-party providers (Stripe, Google Cloud); therefore, bhunter.ai is not liable for temporary service interruptions.

10. Data Retention & Storage

To maintain optimal system performance, bhunter.ai reserves the right to delete uploaded videos and raw analysis results 30 days after the processing is completed. It is the user's responsibility to export reports and data within this timeframe.

11. Security & Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials. bhunter.ai is not liable for unauthorized access to an account or the consumption of minutes resulting from a security breach on the user's end.

12. Public & Shareable Project Links

The platform provides an optional feature allowing users to generate shareable URLs ("Share Links") for interactive project audit previews, proof-of-performance displays, and client collaboration:

• Recipient Access: Any individual in possession of an active Share Link can access and interactively view the corresponding project analysis, timeline detections, video preview, sponsor metrics, and report downloads without requiring account authentication.
• User's Sole Responsibility: The generation, distribution, transmission, and sharing of Share Links is conducted entirely at the user's sole discretion and risk. The user is solely responsible for determining the identity of recipients and controlling who has access to such links.
• Disclaimer of Liability: bhunter.ai assumes absolutely no responsibility, duty of care, or liability for any third party into whose possession a Share Link may fall, nor for any unauthorized forwarding, interception, disclosure, publication, or misuse of project data or media assets resulting from the user's creation or distribution of such links.
• Revocation, Expiration & Control: The user retains the right and ability to set automatic expiration windows (e.g., 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or permanent), disable, or regenerate Share Links at any time via the project interface to immediately terminate access upon expiration or manual revocation.
• Indemnification & Hold Harmless: You agree to fully defend, indemnify, and hold harmless bhunter.ai, its operators, directors, and affiliates from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or legal expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your creation, sharing, transmission, or public exposure of Share Links, including any alleged breaches of commercial confidentiality or Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).

13. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through a notice on our platform. Continued use of bhunter.ai after such updates implies acceptance of the new terms.
